Return and Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, never worn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@kiddocook.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or customized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card issuing institution may take time to process and send the refund.
Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
- You don't like or have changed your mind about the product.
- Delivery was attempted but failed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing contact number, or any other details provided by the customer.
