If you purchase 2 or more products, there is a possibility (though not always) that you may receive them in different packages, as they may be shipped from different warehouses. In such cases, you will receive 2 different tracking numbers to monitor the movement of your packages.

However, we always strive to consolidate your purchases into a single package whenever possible.

If your country is a part of the European Union (EU), you are not required to pay VAT or any other taxes as all applicable taxes are already included in the final product price.

For customers shopping from countries outside the EU, VAT is not applicable. However, you may be subject to other local taxes.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or if it is returned to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
